Quality Management Services
Projects succeed by design, not by accident. It is our belief that in order for projects to succeed, proper project planning must consider Quality Management from the onset of the project. This means establishing Quality Assurance processes and procedures, maintaining an atmosphere of adherence to good project management principles and processes, and implementing a mechanism for monitoring and reporting from a project quality perspective. These QA processes and procedures are contained in the Project Quality Plan. The Project Quality Manager is responsible for their establishment, training of the team members on their implementation, and ensuring team members adherence to the QA Plan through team support and through a periodic QA Audits.
